1) Smoking is prohibited! It's okay to smoke on the street, but I ask you not to smoke in the apartment, not even in the window.

2) Respect the quiet time (08:00 pm).

3) Don't leave the lights on and the air conditioning on when you go out. The environment and I thank you!

4) When you have bathing suits or luggage, use the service elevator.

5) Strangers are not allowed to enter the building. Please arrange with me in advance.

6) Wi-Fi is a courtesy, we are dependent on a service provider that we have no authority over, unfortunately I cannot guarantee the availability or speed of the service.

7) Pets are very much loved but I cannot allow them in our accommodations.

8) Check-in and check-out times are sacred, our collaborators work with a fixed schedule and the next guest has the same right to enter at the agreed time as you.

9) Accidents happen, but if something breaks, let us know so we can quote you for a replacement or repair service as soon as possible.
